The parking aid parking sensor makes it easier for you to park your car in, around or backwards. It helps you to determine the distance to the next obstacle. It uses the 4 integrated ultrasonic sensors to detect e.g. small children between the cars, who you would not see in the rear-view mirror due to their size. The system contributes to the protection of persons and helps you to avoid collisions with other obstacles safely.

These 4 ultrasonic sensors, which are integrated into the bumpers of your car, are activated by engaging reverse gear. The sensors send and receive ultrasonic signals and transmit the acquired data via a highly sensitive microchip to the control unit. The control unit determines the distance from the sensor to the obstacle and sends the data to the display. Here, the distance and the direction of the obstacle is displayed in different coloured LEDs (green-red). An acoustic signal (up to 78dB) sounds.

The sensors
The sensors are characterized by high weather resistance and accuracy. They are all black, but can be painted without problems. They detect all obstacles from a distance of 30 cm up to 1.5 meters

The display
The LED colour display is characterised by its small dimensions and can be flexibly attached to the front of the cockpit or even to the rear. Each side of your vehicle has its own display bar on the display. This allows you to determine at a glance whether the obstacle is on the right or left. In addition, the smallest distance is displayed in numbers. The additional signal tone supports the system. The acoustic warning tone sounds more frequently the closer you get to the obstacle.

The control unit
Due to the long display cable of 5 meters the installation of the control box can even be done in the trunk. Power can be supplied directly via the reversing light.
This gives you the advantage that the parking system automatically comes on as soon as you put the car into reverse gear.
